At Depurfiltech we have two types of product that allow the conservation of the filter media inside the filter, guaranteeing optimum results, both to extend the useful life of the filter bag as well as to achieve cost savings when searching for and marking a pore in the bag or a hole in the filter structure.

It is a precoat conditioning powder, which acts on the surface of the bag as a protector (recommended operation once the new bags have been placed in the filter).
It is a contrasting powder in different colours (green, pink...), which is used as a leak detector in dust collection filters.
The Pulse Direct Injector (PDI) device is designed to push the compressed cleaning air directly into the bag to increase cleaning efficiency. This reduces wear and tear on the venturi walls due to abrasion.

Detecpol® is an effective and easy to perform test that comes in different colours, depending on the application, for better contrast. It detects by means of a monochromatic lamp, in the points of leakage, in ruptures of bags or sealing of the same. The results are imminent. The quantities used are calculated on the base of the filtering surface to be evaluated by a number of standard grams of Detecpol®.
